Throughout the construction process owners and investors are provided with regular status updates.
Pre-Development & Pre-Construction Stages
Working with owners and developers during the pre-development phase allows us to research and advise our clients regarding any potential hurdles (i.e. zoning, ordinances, restrictions, etc.) that they may encounter during the development of their project. At the pre-construction phase, we provide a construction budget, tentative construction schedule, and buyout packages. We know that communication is key to the successful execution of a project; we are in constant communication with owners, developers, and subcontractors.
